To become a go! flight attendant based in the Hawaiian islands you must first be available as a Mesa Air Group flight attendant and willing to relocate to the Mainland. Your base will be determined by your seniority as a flight attendant with Mesa Air Group and the openings available. If you are initially assigned a mainland domicile you would be assigned a Hawaiian domicile once an opening became available, and you are senior enough to hold that opening. We can not promise any bases or go!
Processing includes interview and screening, full 10 year FAA background and fingerprint check (provided by Mesa Air Group). Applicants selected for training must be willing to attend a tuition free training course in Phoenix, AZ for 4-6 weeks, lodging is provided. Upon completion of training Mesa Air Group offers comprehensive health plans, 401(K) package, travel benefits, bonuses and much more!

Minimum Requirements:
- Must Possess a Positive Attitude!
- Must pass FAA 10 year background and fingerprinting check (provided by Mesa Air Group)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Speak, Read, and Write English FLUENTLY.
- U.S. Citizen or have authorization to work in U.S. as defined in Immigration Act of 1986.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Complete use of ALL five senses.
- Minimum 20/40 vision, corrected or uncorrected.
- Height no taller than 5 ft10 in.
- physically fit, well groomed
- Able to lift 45 pounds to shoulder
- Customer Service Background with emphasis on communication skills.
- Available to be away from base for up to 4-5 days at a time
- Attend 4-6 weeks unpaid training in Phoenix
- Must be Flexible, Dependable, and Work Well with others Supervised and Unsupervised.
- Willing to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
