- Manages STAR Flights, Delay and Cancellation performance for region.
- Responsible for all activity that takes place at the Hub (Ground Operations, Customer Service, GSE, etc.).
- Manages DOT Complaint and Mishandled Baggage performance.
- Performance Leader for all departments Flight Ops, Inflight, Maintenance, etc.
- Provides feedback and designs programs to enhance performance to meet Codeshare expectations.
- The ability to represent company to various levels of management at partner meetings.
- Weekly performance calls for US Airways and various internal daily calls.
- Lead liaison with our codeshare partner US Airways.
- Participates in all codeshare activities, audits and training events.
- Responsible for daily 0745pst and 0815pst report outs on performance.
- Manages/Leads company performance initiatives.
- Budget and forecast for all expenses in the Hub.
- Manage payroll, attendance, purchasing, employee scheduling, cash managements, and internal Controls.
- Ensure that daily business follow the company’s EPPIC values.
- Applies continuous improvement process to performance initiatives.
- Manages the Balanced Score Card metrics that tie to the PHX Hub.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and contract interpretation.
- Regulatory oversight of FAR 121 and documented procedures in company manuals.
- Responsible for contract administration of service providers.
- Responsible for ensuring training compliance, station compliance, regulatory compliance, and various safety programs.
- Responsible for ensuring that excellent customer service is provided internally and externally.
- Perform other duties as delegated by the VP of Customer Service.
- Other duties assigned to perform the requirements of the position.
| | Minimum Job Requirements: | - BA/BS Preferred and 5 years managerial work experience with similar responsibilities.
- Be flexible enough to multi task across several Time Zones.
- Understand Budgeting and P&L Management.
- Experience in Aviation, Heavy Manufacturing or Transportation Industry hub/terminal operations required.
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Project, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
