Job Title: Manager of Crew Track/ Line Adjustments Job code: SCCRMG Reports To: Director System Operations Control CO: 02 Dept 5045 Location: PHX Status: Exempt Salary Range:      EEO1   EEO JobGroup   Position Summary: Responsible for crew tracking and line adjustments, scheduling within FAR and Contractual Limitations, ensuring each flight is properly staffed with the appropriate number of pilots and flight attendants.  Essential Functions: §      Monitor flight progression for pilots and flight attendants.  §      Ensures compliance with all FAA Flight/Duty regulations.  §      Ensure crewmember placement for all flights while maintaining internal customer approach toward crewmembers.  §      Works with the Director of Crew Resources on departmental projects. §      Maintain the Bornemann/Sabre crew track automation system. §      Schedule directly or through delegation line-check, IOE and FAA observation checks. §      Scheduling of Crew Trackers and Crew Planners, maintain the proper staffing levels in each. §      Along with the Director of SOC, conducts interviews, and hiring. §      Manage a 24/7 operation within the Company’s System Operations Control department. §      Other duties assigned to perform the requirements of the position.     Minimum Job Requirements:     §      Associates Degree, 2 year business school and/or equivalent experience. §      Computer experience must be familiar with Microsoft office suite and the internet. §      SABRE/Apollo/SHARES/Bornemann experience. §      A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. §      Ability to work overtime, as needed. §      Willing to work carried schedule. §      Excellent communication skills. §      Knowledge of FAR’s. §      Able to make quick decisions and multi-task.. §      Excellent communication and listening skills. §      Prior Crew Tracking Experience.
