Title: Reservations Supervisor Job code:   Reports To: Manager of Reservations CO: Mesa Airlines Dept: Res Location: FMN Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range:       $9.00 - $13.00 EEO1   EEO JobGroup   Position Summary: This position supervises the daily operations of the Reservations department. Responsible for booking new reservations and making changes to existing reservations. Ensures customers are contacted when schedule changes or cancellations occur. Ensures all agents are following policies and procedures. Essential Functions: Supervises the new and existing reservation activity in the department Monitors phone activity and makes the appropriate staffing adjustments Investigates and resolves issues for customers that require Supervisor’s involvement Provides education and guidance to new and existing reservation agents Call observes reservations agents to monitor for service quality Generates daily reports to track department inventory and productivity Distributes schedule changes and cancellations of flights to agents for customer contact Handles incoming calls from customers who are booking new and/or changing existing reservations Maintains all records and data concerning reservations as required by company or regulatory agencies   Minimum Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED Must be flexible and willing to work various hours, holidays, days, nights, and weekends Excellent written and oral communication skills Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently Working knowledge of Microsoft office products Be able to work effectively under pressure and tight time constraints General reservations/call center experience required Reservations system experience with Sabre or Sabre interact preferred Supervisory or a lead role experience preferred Must pass a FAA 10-year background check   Management Approval:   Date:   HR Approval:   Date:
