Travel Related Customer Service for Employees
· Assist employees with general travel questions regarding benefits & leisure travel.
· Act as a resource for travel questions, leisure travel requirements, & other necessary information helpful to travelers.
· Provide helpful assistance regarding our interline agreements, other travel agreements, & discount programs available to employees.
Processing Travel Benefits Paperwork
· Correspond with employees regarding enrollment processes, policies, & procedures.
· Verify paperwork & eligibility on applications submitted by employees.
· Enter employees & eligible travelers in to travel systems using Wings, ADP, & other programs.
Processing Buddy Passes & Other Travel Requests
· Process Buddy Pass orders, create itineraries, issue tickets, & enter on log for tracking.
· Provide knowledge to employees regarding flight routing, leisure travel guidelines, & other details.
Processing Business Travel & Leisure Travel Itineraries
· Process Business Travel requests according to current travel policies and guidelines using Sabre, Shares, Apollo or other necessary systems for booking.
· Communicate travel information to employees, and assist with necessary changes as needed.
· Assist with booking travel for crew movement as needed
