Title: Foreman, C-Check Job code: MBSFCK Reports To: Sr Manager - MRO Services CO: 02 Dept: 6210 Location: CKB  Status: Exempt Salary Range:     EEO1 1 EEO JobGroup   Position Summary: Responsible for supervising and managing all aspect of the Company’s C-Check and Heavy Maintenance Check activity.  This includes oversight of labor and financial control for such activity.  The Foreman, C-Check is responsible for ensuring the quality standards set forth in the Company’s General Procedures Manual are met. Essential Functions: §  Approve labor and man-hour estimates for all check activity §  Monitor routine and non-routine work to ensure completion to recognized standards §  Approve work invoices before final billing to Company. Work with local vendor to address any irregularities and inaccuracies prior to final billing §  Coordinate on-site inspection and materials personnel to support check activity §  Prepare for incoming and outgoing aircraft including pre-induction meetings and post-visit reviews §  Obtain CASS data and review with check provider to monitor quality of aircraft produced from the location §  Confirm all work performed on Company aircraft is accomplished by qualified by qualified, authorized and approved personnel §  Accomplish other tasks/duties as assigned by the Manager.   Minimum Job Requirements: §  Hold a Mechanic’s Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. §  Meet requirements of 14 CFR Part 65.83 §  Have one year experience in a position responsible for returning aircraft to service §  Self starter; ability to multi-task and accomplish goals within deadlines §  Detailed oriented Preferred §  Proven Leadership experience §  Proven ability to lead a high performance team
