Unprecedented Pay

  • First year hourly rate of pay is $101.50
  • Third-year Captain rate $162.88/hour
  • Upgrades projected in as little as 24 months, less with previous 121 time

Guaranteed Career Path to Delta Air Lines

  • Pilots must spend a minimum of 24 months in active service as an Endeavor Air Captain. A new hire pilot with no previous Part 121 experience is projected to be eligible in as little as 48 months. New hire pilots with qualifying experience will upgrade sooner, making them eligible to advance to Delta even quicker.

ATP-CTP Sponsored Training

  • Endeavor can help well-qualified pilot candidates finish up their ATP-CTP certification process by providing company-sponsored training with our ATP training partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in the following areas: Company Policy and Manuals, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications and other technical data appropriate to aircraft operations.
  • Maintain currency requirements with regard to medical, training, and hourly flight requirements.
  • Uses superior judgment to conduct safe and efficient flights in company aircraft.
  • Maintain a high level of personal decorum, professional conduct and personal appearance.
  • Maintain awareness of crew legality requirements and ensures timely communication to Chief Pilot’s Office when status is in question.
  • Maintain required communication with maintenance and dispatch personnel when conducting flights.
  • Provide crew communication reports and crew incident reports to the Base Chief Pilot’s office when required or requested
  • Attend company training events to maintain currency.
  • Ensure that passenger needs are met with regard to safety and comfort.
  • Provide relevant informational updates to passengers as needed.
  • Adhere to complete approved company uniform, company materials and flight kit as outlined in the Flight Operations Manual (FOM)
  • Provide Chief Pilot’s Office with any information regarding the safety of flight.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and cognitive skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current FAA First Class Medical
  • Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Radio License
  • Must have an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) OR ability to obtain an ATP or Restricted ATP
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 4 Year College Degree in Aviation is preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
  • Must be able to work any shift, including: days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Passport and authorized to travel to any country served by Endeavor Air
  • Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive Company, FAA and DOT required pre-employment screening, criminal background check, drug test, motor vehicle driving record (MVR), and PRIA records check.

New York City Residents Only: The minimum pay is $100.00 per credit hour. Additional pay increases occur as listed in the CBA, to a current maximum of $120.87 per credit hour.
