Captain Qualified New Hire

SUMMARY

Air Wisconsin has a storied history of established stability since 1965 and recently signed a five-year capacity agreement to fly for American Airlines, ensuring Air Wisconsin's bright future and longevity.

Captain Qualified New Hire pay ranges from $150-$217.50/hr depending on the applicable longevity match. Captain Qualified New Hires will receive a $200,000 no-contract bonus within 18 months of completing Captain Qualified Initial Operating Experience.

We offer a longevity match with no cap, for pilots that are currently employed, with U.S. Part 121 airline experience. Captain Qualified New Hires require 1000 hours of SIC or PIC time at a Part 121 U.S. airline. Some Part 135 and Part 91 experience may apply. Compensation

  • Captain pay range: $150/hr-$217.50/hr.
  • Captain Qualified New Hire earns $200,000 NO-CONTRACT bonus
  • 75-hour minimum monthly pay guarantee
  • Per Diem: $1.85
  • 100% Cancellation and Dead Head Pay

Captain Qualified New Hire Requirements

  • Must have an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating.
  • Must have a turbojet type rating.
  • Must have 1,000 hours of SIC or PIC flight time at a Part 121 U.S. airline
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English Language
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Radio License
  • Valid civilian passport and the authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Air Wisconsin
  • Valid United States driver's license
