CommutAir - Captain Accelerated Program

CommutAir (C5), operating exclusively as a United Express carrier and 40% owned by United Airlines, offers a clear path to the United Flight Deck as a partner in the Aviate program.

Founded in 1989, C5 operates more than 1,000 weekly flights to 50+ destinations along the East Coast of the U.S. and Canada. The fleet of nearly 40 (and growing) Embraer ERJ145 aircraft is based in Newark, NJ and Washington-Dulles. Even after 30 years of continuous growth, C5 maintains the family culture and friendly work environment it had at its founding. And even at 1,100 employees, our pilots are known by name, not just a number.
