Job Summary

This program is designed to identify strong candidates from ATP in order to provide them a structured pathway to a career as a Frontier pilot. If you are not an instructor pilot from the ATP program, please choose a different job to apply into.

Hiring Requirements

  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
  • Valid Passport, with machine-readable print, and the ability to travel in and out of the United States
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel in and out of the U.S. to all cities/countries served by Frontier
  • Ability to relocate or commute
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends, nights, holidays, and overnight trips
  • Ability and desire to maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks
  • Valid and current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • FAA commercial pilot's license with instrument and multi-engine ratings
  • Actively employed by ATP as an Instructor Pilot
  • ATP License
