Job Summary

This program is designed to identify strong candidates from CAE in order to provide them a structured pathway to a career as a Frontier pilot. If you are not a pilot from the CAE program, please choose a different job to apply into.

Hiring Requirements

FAA commercial pilot's license with instrument and multi-engine ratings

  • FAA commercial pilot's license with instrument and multi-engine ratings
  • Actively employed by CAE as an Instructor Pilot
  • ATP or r-ATP eligible (ATP/CTP and written completed prior start date)
  • Current first-class FAA medical certificate
  • Valid U.S. passport
  • FCC Radio Operator's Permit
  • Legal right to work in, and travel freely in and out of, the United States
  • Available any day of the week, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights
  • Ability to relocate or commute
  • Ability and desire to maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks
  • Ability to travel in and out of the U.S. to all cities/countries served by Frontier
  • Prospective Instructor Pilots must complete their ATP CTP and ATP written with CAE.

Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science in Aviation Curriculum
  • 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) or above
  • Leaders within their communities
  • Members of club or organizations
  • Community service oriented
