Our unique Direct Entry Captain program allows experienced pilots to join GoJet as a Captain, rather than a First Officer. In addition, we have a Direct Flow/Path to United in 24 months. This program is ideal for First Officers at other regionals who meet Captain requirements but are facing long upgrade times. - Direct Entry Captains must be a minimum of 23 years old
- FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot's Certificate
- Minimum Flight Experience:
- 1,750 hours, of which 100% must be fixed wing
- 1,000 hours multi-engine time
- 1,000 hours air carrier experience
- 1,000 hours turbine time
- $175,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $25,000 Part 121 Experience Bonus
- Starting pay: $144.64 per flight hour
- Top of scale: $213.15 per flight hour
- Per Diem: $1.95
- 100% cancellation pay
- Minimum Guarantee: 75 hours per month
- Longevity Match up to 18 years
