How does it Work?

Apply via AirlineApps and a recruiter will review your qualifications and when selected we will set up an initial phone screening to obtain information about you and tell you more about the program.

If selected and within our availability period we will schedule you for a face to face interview with our team and provide a company presentation. We will review your qualifications and our agreements to begin the program.

If you already have your fixed wing time and ratings requirements based on your availability we will provide ATP/CTP training* and Jet Transition course to get your ready to begin First Officer Training at iAero Airways.

Should you still need or are building your fixed wing time if successful you will be given a CJO conditional on successful completion of your Fixed Wing Ratings and a date set for completion to begin ATP/CTP.

*iAero Airways will pay for your ATP/CTP and Jet Transition training and will incur a training agreement. Should you want to pay for ATP/CTP on your own we will allow that option as well.
