May Open House Events for Experienced Pilots


Endeavor Air is holding Pilot Open House events in a city near you, with on-site interviews available for pilots with prior Part 121 experience.

Pilots with prior Part 121 experience can earn up to $150,000 in bonus potential during their career at Endeavor Air. Endeavor also offers a longevity pay scale match, up to 10 years.

Direct Entry Captains carrying 10+ years of experience can earn more than $185,000 in Year 1.
  • 10 year longevity pay: $117.55/hour
  • Sign-on Bonus: $40,000
  • Captain Retention Bonus: $40,000
  • Plus – earn another $70,000 in retention bonuses while you await your turn to advance to the Delta flight deck.
