Endeavor Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, is proud to be the only Regional Airline to
offer the Fast Pass Program for registered attendees at the 27th Annual International Women in Aviation
Conference in Nashville, March 9-11.
Pilots who have registered for a WAI Fast Pass and designate Endeavor as a Preferred Airline will have
the opportunity to sign up for an individual meeting with the Endeavor Pilot Recruitment Team.
Company representatives will be meeting with candidates to review applications and offer assistance
with interview preparation through the Fast Pass Program.
A WAI Fast Pass is a streamlined electronic registration process that assigns
designated times for attendees to bypass the lines and meet with recruiters. To

Endeavor Fast Pass meetings will take place during these times:
- March 9 – 9:00am-5:30pm
- March 10 – 9:00am-5:30pm
- March 11 – 8:00am-11:30am

- March 9 – 8:00am-8:45am, 2:00pm-2:45pm, Ryman Ballroom E/F
- March 10 – 9:00am-9:45am, 2:00pm-2:45pm, Ryman Ballroom E/F
- March 11 – 9:00am-9:45am, Ryman Ballroom E/F
