What can you expect when you work at Endeavor Air? When it comes to your pilot career and planning for the future, we know you want all the facts so you can make the best decision for you and your family. Finding that information shouldn’t be difficult, and we take pride in fostering a culture of transparency. We will always provide you with the most up-to-date information on everything from reserve time to expected time to move to Delta.

 

KNOW THE FACTS:

RESERVE TIME: 7 MONTHS

Reserve times are currently running an average of 7 months, or 5 months at our most junior bases.

JUNIOR BASES: DTW + NYC

While Detroit and New York are our most junior bases, new hire pilots currently have the possibility of being based at any of our 5 domiciles.

UPGRADE TIME: 24 MONTHS

Pilots can upgrade as soon as they reach the required regulatory hours. For pilots with no previous Part 121 experience, this is projected within 24 months.

MOVING TO DELTA: 48 MONTHS

Under current projections, a pilot who starts with Endeavor in July 2022 will have an estimated Delta seniority month of May-July 2026. A Direct Entry Captain starting in July 2022 will have a projected Delta seniority month of July-September 2024.
