Direct Entry Captains and High Time First Officers, receive first day paydays of $100K and $75K respectively.
Captains need 950+ hours and HTFOs need between 500-950 hours to qualify. #Piedmont pilots have the fastest upgrade and guaranteed contractual flow to American Airlines.
To be eligible, pilots must apply to Piedmont and start training within 90 days.
