Previously, companies that requested a résumé collected that file in their respective addendum. The résumé function/feature has now been moved into the the new document system. If you previously uploaded a résumé, it has already been moved into the document storage system and can be verified/viewed by clicking on the “Upload” button. Going Forward, any company requesting a résumé will immediately have the “Upload” button enabled. However, additional documents (Pilot License, FAA Medical, etc.) will not be able to be uploaded until requested by that company.
Finally, when uploading the same document as part of another application, membership accounts will be presented with the option to re-use a previously uploaded file. If you hover over the information icon (
), it will give you the file details and say something like:
