Secure Document Storage (SDS)

Airline Apps - Pilot Documents Are Now Live!

Airline Apps New Document Storage System!

This allows employers the option to request traditional pilot documents from applicants at an appropriate point prior to the interview and onboarding process. To safeguard this process and its documents, this entire procedure is heavily encrypted.

Companies have the ability to define their own list of documents.  Some examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Pilot License
  • FCC Radio License
  • FAA Medical
  • Drivers License (if applicable)
  • Passport
  • DD214 (if applicable)
  • Transcripts
  • PRIA form
  • etc...

Until a company requests your documents, the “Upload” button on the My Job Targeting page will be grayed-out and will not function.  Companies activate by the “Upload” button by sending you a specific email, which activates the button.

Document Storage Buttons

Previously, companies that requested a résumé collected that file in their respective addendum.  The résumé function/feature has now been moved into the the new document system.  If you previously uploaded a résumé, it has already been moved into the document storage system and can be verified/viewed by clicking on the “Upload” button.  Going Forward, any company requesting a résumé will immediately have the “Upload” button enabled.  However, additional documents (Pilot License, FAA Medical, etc.) will not be able to be uploaded until requested by that company.

Finally, when uploading the same document as part of another application, membership accounts will be presented with the option to re-use a previously uploaded file.  If you hover over the information icon ( Buttons ), it will give you the file details and say something like:

This is the most recent Résumé that you
uploaded on 8/22/2023 to XYZ Airlines.

You may use this document with your ABC Airlines application,
or choose 'Select Files...' to upload a different file.

Document Storage Reuse File Info

You can see the list of requested files and uploads, review them, and update your files at any time by clicking on the "Upload" button.

The Document Storage system is new, so it may take the airlines and companies several weeks before sending their own document requests.

As always, if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
