DEC Bonus Breakdown:
- Sign-on bonus of $100,000
- $100,000 CL-65 Type Rating Bonus
- Pilots with at least 950 qualifying hours
Experienced First Officer Bonus Breakdown:
- Sign-on Bonus of $75,000
- $50,000 CL-65 Type Rating Bonus
- Pilots with 500 – 949 qualifying hours
