Your most recent certificate entry is your controlling certificate for determining qualification. All information listed on your license should be entered, including previously earned ratings and privileges. While previous certificate entries provide a contextual timeline of progression for recruiters, omitting prior rating information (i.e., PPL: ASEL or CPL: ASEL) from your most recent certificate entry could result in not being qualified for the desired job.
